Getting recruited to play college sports is an incredibly steep uphill battle, only about 7% of high school athletes go on to play in college. It requires far more than just raw talent; the athlete must have an incredible work ethic, be academically strong and have the ability to connect with coaches who are flooded with emails daily. 1% of high school athletes play D1 in the sport of their choice and of those only a very few have coaches coming after them. Playing at the next level requires a realistic goals and expectations and a willingness to put yourself in front of coaches who are or could be interested. At Gametime Athletics I have coached and helped athletes from multiple sports get recruited to all levels.... D1, D2, D3, NAIA and JUCO. I have had the privilege of helping my own kids successfully navigate this process. This is a hard process that has gotten much harder over the last few years, it starts with a willingness to be realistic about where you can play and an understanding that playing in college at any level is harder than it's ever been. We can help you with every step and will work alongside you to find a place that is right for you, fit is everything. There is money at every level and whether it's a full ride from a D1 athletic scholarship or 75% to 90% merit scholarship from a D3 school, money you don't have to pay back after school all looks the same when you graduate.
